Current Responsibilities



Mira Class is a Senior Project Manager at Crescent Canyon Management   Construction.  With a background in high-end, luxury home development, Mira is focused on complex multifamily renovations and multi-faceted capital expenditure projects at Crescent Canyon.  Her attention to detail delivers results in sourcing, value engineering, schedule and budget  management. An expert communicator and organizer, Mira develops strong client and  subcontractor relationships that translate into real world results. 

Previous experience 

Mira has more than 16 years of real estate project management experience. 

Prior to joining Crescent Canyon, Mira worked with numerous design build contractors in  the luxury home sector. Having spent time working for Marmol-Radziner, Shawmut Design,  Fasone and Houck, Inc., Mira has honed her skillset working on some of the most complex  construction projects in Los Angeles. Starting her career as a draftsman and estimator, she  followed a natural path into site supervision and ultimately project management. Most  recently, she has been responsible for complex ground up projects ranging in size from  $10-30MM. She has worked with numerous notable designers, architects and clients, even appearing on “Million Dollar Decorators” with Katheryn Ireland. 

Originally hailing from South Africa, Mira brings a fresh international perspective and  approach to her projects and client relationships alike. 

Education and affiliations 

Mira holds a BS in Architecture from University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesberg, South  Africa and a Bachelor of Architecture from respected Johannesburg institution Technikon  Witwatersrand. Her Clifton Strengths are: Analytical, Communication, Positivity, Strategic,  Woo.
